2 months challenge

Hi Medium. I have decided to take better care of myself and follow an agenda to improve my mental and physical health. I would like to journal about my progress in order to keep myself motivated through this process.

I intend to look at my health in 4 different angles:

  1. physical:

a. exercise routine

b. Healthy eating (follow nutritionist guidelines)

c. drink at least 5 glasses of water per day.

c. taking vitamin supplements

  1. mental and emotional:

a. dedicate time to learning.

b. physical exercise and yoga should reduce stress

c. relationships: have at least three meaningful conversation per day with. friends.

d. Read for fun (novels)

e. have downtime (time for myself)

d. write at least one page (of anything) everyday.

  1. spiritual:

a. Pray before bed.

Now that I have those requirements down, I have constructed the following schedule in order to satisfy those requirements:

5:00 am — wake up sunshine

exercise (while learning from PluralSight)

breakfast

8:00 am —shower y alistarse

9:00 am — work from home

Deep work (book) guidelines

6:30 pm — finish work

yoga

dinner with family

me time — possibly reading, writing or watching documentaries.

To better see my progress I will take pictures of me everyday in order to see the improvement (over this two months) that my new health habits start to have in my life.
